Our teams are based in Victoria, London and we have a blended approach to working from home and in the office. When you join us you will be able to have a conversation with your People Manager about when you will be needed in the office. Working within one of our commercial teams you will be focused on ensuring our customers are delighted with our range of Financial Services products. From Foreign Exchange, Insurance through to our Partnership Card, you will work with your colleagues to deliver a customer focused, market disruptive product that drives value for our customers and business.

This team is all about developing our strategy and delivery of new products and propositions for John Lewis Financial Services. You will need to understand financial services markets and products, our current and target customers through research and insight as well as being able to maintain existing relationships while developing new ones too.
If you thrive in developing great solutions for our customers in the form of new products, this team will definitely appeal to you. If you’re customer focused, enjoy working in a collaborative team, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, then this could be the perfect team for you.
In our digital team you will develop how our customers experience the digital touchpoints specific to Financial Services. You will also apply market leading approaches to our digital-led customer interactions, such as desktop and mobile. This team is also responsible for our digital acquisition marketing, understanding how customers search for Financial Services products and information.
We are looking for creative and innovative thinking people to join our Digital team. You will understand a customer problem and create a solution that not only solves the problem but drives value too. If you’re customer focused, thrive on working in a collaborative team, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, then this could be the perfect team for you.
Our Risk and Compliance team are subject matter experts providing guidance and advice to stakeholders within our Financial Services teams.
If you like to get stuck in and provide the guardrails for a Financial Services business you will fit right in. We are looking for Partners who can be confident in owning and embedding the Risk and Compliance agenda as set out by financial regulators. You will be the link between the Financial Services team and the Partnership Board as you will play a critical role.
