Our place by the sea, located on its very own island in Poole Harbour accessible only by private launch.

Leckford Abbas

Our place in the country, a tranquil and relaxed boutique country house hotel in the Hampshire countryside.

Catering Jobs

If you enjoy the buzz of hotel life, creating your own menus and delivering exceptional fine dining experiences, then this could be the perfect path for you. We have vacancies for Commis Chefs, Chef De Parties, Catering Assistants and Catering Team Leaders.

What will I do as a Catering Partner?

Our catering roles are varied, but typically include:

  • Producing menus to a consistently high standard
  • Managing the day-to-day running of the kitchen
  • Providing excellent customer service to all guests

Will I suit this role?

We look for individuals with a passion for food who are able to curate menus using locally sourced produce and high-quality ingredients. Experience of working in a professional kitchen is necessary for most roles, in addition to basic food hygiene qualifications.

Beauty Therapists

We have opportunities for Beauty Therapists to join us, such as in our Serenity Spa with our Odney Hotel based in Cookham. You could bring your passion and expertise to our specialist Beauty team.

What will I do as a Beauty Therapist?

Within your day-to-day role, you will:

  • Provide a wonderful and courteous customer service
  • Make our guests feel pampered and relaxed
  • Be responsible for the provision of luxury beauty treatments

Will I suit this role?

You should be knowledgeable about the products and services that you’re selling, as well as have a good level of understanding of beauty therapy. In most cases, we also require relevant beauty qualifications.

Hotel Assistants

You could deliver exceptional service in one of our hotels, ensuring the high standards of presentation for our guests both on arrival and throughout their stay.

What will I do as a Hotel Assistant?

You will enjoy a diverse and exciting career, with responsibilities including:

  • Maintaining the hotel, ensuring it is in immaculate condition
  • Providing a knowledgeable and courteous service for guests
  • Ensuring the dining room is carefully laid out, paying attention to the type of dining experience and menu

If you’re flexible and willing to go the extra mile to fulfil our guests’ needs then you’ll fit right into our close-knit team. All Partners will receive food and beverage training in order to provide the best experience possible.
