How information about you will be used:
As part of your application we will collect data provided in your application and any obtained in relation to it, including that from online screening and testing, any interviews, selection centres or references, and the data will be used by the John Lewis Partnership to process your application. It may also be used to help us with any future applications by you to the John Lewis Partnership.

How long your data is kept:
If your application is successful, the data will be used to administer your personnel record. If you are not successful we will retain your data for 6 months to support administration of any appeals or enquiries relating to your application.
