At Waitrose, our night shift Partners love what they do. Working nights might not be for everyone and may mean unsociable hours, but it can mean flexibility to fit around your commitments. Taking on a Waitrose night shift job will see you gain career satisfaction and be well rewarded with a shift premium in addition to your hourly pay rate (depending on hours worked).
The role will involve working flexibly as part of a team, ensuring stock is replenished and displayed to our high standards… overall you’ll be making sure the shop floor is shipshape ready for when our customers arrive. It’s essentially the role of any other Supermarket Assistant, completing all of the tasks when the shop is closed.
