Stock Assistant Jobs

Replenishment roles are integral to every single John Lewis & Partners branch as you will keep items in-store and on shelves, as well as keeping our customers happy. Within the Stock Replenishment team, you’ll ensure excellent product availability, as well as stock and pricing accuracy.

Team members will be dealing with price changes, ticketing and any retail support issues. You’ll help to provide a truly special shopping experience for John Lewis & Partners customers by working cross functionally with Visual Merchandise and Selling Partners.

This is mostly an operational role but you could also be delivering a seamless customer experience through the click and collect operation. Whether you’re interacting with customers, or sorting stock out behind the scenes, we’ll still expect you to keep the customer at the forefront of your mind.

What will I do as a Replenishment Partner?

You will enjoy a busy and varied role, which could include:

  • Dealing with big quantities of stock and price changes
  • Ensuring shelves are full of stock for customers
  • Maintaining the high standards that John Lewis & Partners are known for
  • Providing an exemplary service to selling teams through daily replenishment
  • Delivering first-class shop floor and stock room presentation standards
  • Achieving your branch’s sales targets by ensuring stock availability, stock movement and stock accuracy

Will I suit this role?

Our Replenishment Partners need to be computer literate in order to use our stock management systems. We’ll also expect you to be adaptable, have a thirst for knowledge and question everything being done in order to improve processes.

You’ll need to be able to work well both as part of the team and on your own – whilst being approachable, friendly and commercially aware. If you’re looking for a new challenge and a stimulating environment to develop your skills then this could be the perfect role for you.

What training will I receive?

You’ll be given in-depth training to help you reach your potential. Like all roles at the Partnership, we’ll encourage you to seek and share knowledge with your team to build both your individual and team’s capability. Discover more about how we’ll help you grow.
