Our Replenishment (Stock Management) team is wholly responsible for availability across the shop floor, ensuring our customers can buy the products they want. Products need to be replenished daily to keep up with the needs of our customers, and this is where our replenishment team is vital to every store’s success and high quality customer service.

Replenishment roles are integral to every single John Lewis & Partners branch as you will keep items in-store and on shelves, as well as keeping our customers happy. Within the Stock Replenishment team, you’ll ensure excellent product availability, as well as stock and pricing accuracy.
Team members will be dealing with price changes, ticketing and any retail support issues. You’ll help to provide a truly special shopping experience for John Lewis & Partners customers by working cross functionally with Visual Merchandise and Selling Partners.
This is mostly an operational role but you could also be delivering a seamless customer experience through the click and collect operation. Whether you’re interacting with customers, or sorting stock out behind the scenes, we’ll still expect you to keep the customer at the forefront of your mind.

Our Replenishment Partners need to be computer literate in order to use our stock management systems. We’ll also expect you to be adaptable, have a thirst for knowledge and question everything being done in order to improve processes.
