Our John Lewis Head Office is in Victoria, London and our Waitrose Head Office is based in Bracknell, Berkshire. Group Partners are divided between London and Bracknell.  Head Office opportunities also include our hotels and Holiday Centres which are located which are located across the country.

As a business we share a lot of common goals and business objectives. So where this is the case, we share resources to bring about greater business benefit. This is what happens with our Partnership Services and Group functions.

Yet there are some things that Waitrose and John Lewis need to do differently. After all, they sell different things – and the one thing we’re not prepared to do is compromise when the quality of our products and our customers’ happiness is at stake. At this point, we separate our Head Office into Waitrose and John Lewis Head Office roles (although we expect them to talk, share learnings and inspire each other along the way – we’re a Partnership after all).

But wherever you join, you’ll find you’ll be working with a group of like-minded and talented people, with their sights firmly set on success. Because as Partners, they know that when the business succeeds, so do we all.
