Operational Resource Administrator, nights

As our Operational Resource Administrator, you will play a vital role in driving operational efficiency across Magna Park 1 & 2. You will support over 800 Partners by managing the data and administrative tasks that keep our site running smoothly. From payroll and attendance tracking to data analysis that supports high-level decision-making, your work ensures a culture of compliance, safety, and professionalism.

In addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 18:00 - 22:00 will attract an Evening Premium at a rate of £3.25 per hour, and any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract a Night Premium at a rate of £4.25 per hour. This will also apply to existing Partners who have enrolled onto Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements.

Role: Operational Resource Administrator

Position: This is a Permanent position 

Hours of work: Full-time, 37.5 Hours. Monday to Friday, 22:00 - 6:00.

Location: On-site working at Magna Park 1 NDC, Milton Keynes

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include blending technical data management with people-focused support:

You will manage Partner timecards in Workday, ensuring accuracy for payroll, absence, and overtime. You’ll also develop reports on metrics like mandatory training compliance and individual contribution indicators.

From maintaining rotas and processing holiday requests to ordering site supplies (GNFR) and providing occasional reception cover, you are the heartbeat of the site.

You’ll contribute to the end-of-year review process by compiling performance data and monitoring security risks, such as unauthorised item entries.

You’ll participate in initiatives to improve Partner survey scores, mentor your peers, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

You will deliver Workday training workshops to help Partners and managers use our systems effectively.

Essential skills/experience, you will need: 

- Attention to detail when handling data and confidential information

-Proficiency in data management tools (such as Google sheets)  and experience with HR systems like Workday 

-Accuracy is key when you’re managing payroll-related data and site compliance.

-Stakeholder management experience with internal and external customers

-The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable skills/experience, you may have:

-Previous experience in data entry, reporting, or process improvement.

-A track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders.

-Experience using data tools such as Tableau
