Leading The Way
We’re working towards net zero carbon emissions in our operations and UK farms by 2035, tackling food waste, and ensuring our products are made with more sustainable materials.
We believe in fair treatment for all, and we champion the voices of people across our John Lewis and Waitrose supply chains.
We champion equality, accessibility, sustainability, and wellbeing in everything we do, from protecting the rights of workers, offering flexible working solutions, supporting charities and improving customer and Partner wellbeing.
We’ve even set up our own employability programme, Building Happier Futures, to offer opportunities to care leavers across the UK.
