About the role

Longstock Park Landscapes are looking for a Team Leader to work alongside our Hard and Soft Landscaping Specialists.

The role will be onsite in customers gardens leading a team, blended with ordering and receiving stock, inventory management, completing vehicle checks and driver paperwork for the team.

In addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract Night Premium at a rate of £4.00 per hour. This will also apply to existing Partners who have enrolled onto Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements.

  • Salary - £29,500-£37,000

  • Contract type - This is a short term contract until July 2026

  • Location - This role is based at Longstock Park Nursery, SO20 6EH

Key responsibilities

  • To be responsible for the day to day running of the Landscape teams with the support of the Landscaping Section Manager. 

  • To create with the management team a profitable and efficient section of the business to drive sales, provide excellent customer service and team leadership.

Essential skills/experience you’ll need

  • Practical experience of a  landscaping business or similar

  • Team Leadership 1 year

  • Good Computer skill and attention to detail

  • A positive “can-do” attitude
