About the role

As a Landscaping Specialist you will assist in the continued growth of the landscaping business through excellent delivery of hard and soft landscaping projects, The work is very much hands on and can be physical at times but very rewarding . A good understanding of Health and safety is important and site working.

Due to working regulations, applicants must be 18 years or over to apply.

You will support the management of the landscaping business and to develop future propositions.

Longstock Park Landscapes has great potential for growth and is ready to evolve into a more profitable business model. As a team, we will be tasked to deliver significant growth over the next 5 years, with the potential to gain career progression. This role within the department will give the Partner experience and increased knowledge of the landscape and horticultural industry.

Key responsibilities:-

Landscaping Operations; Planting and hard landscape services.
Working with the Landscaping team and adhering to health and safety to work in a safe way for all.
Compliant with procedures and standards
Excellent Customer Service
Stock, inventory and waste management
Transportation of material to sites and waste removal

Essential skills/ experience you'll need:-

Horticulture or equivalent hard landscape experience
Basic brick and block work
Patio laying
Fencing
Experience in using plant machinery
Full clean driving licence
Practical experience in Landscaping services

In addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract Night Premium at a rate of £4.25 per hour. This will also apply to existing Partners who have enrolled onto Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements.
