
About the role
If you join us from 5th October, in addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract Night Premium at a rate of £5.00 per hour. This will also apply to existing Partners who have enrolled onto Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our E-Commerce Operations & Site Effectiveness team as an Assistant E-Commerce Content & Operations Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract/secondment.
Expected salary - up to £50,000 depending on experience
Contract type - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Working pattern/flexible working - The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach, meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business. The team aims for up to 2-3 days a week in the office to connect.
Location - This role is based at our London Head Office campus in Pimlico.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a commercially astute, curious and analytical individual that maximises sales for their E-Commerce area.
This particular role is in the Plan & Brief side of the team, which involves working with key stakeholders across the business and being responsible for coordinating and managing the planning side of seasonal, cross category campaigns.
In this role, you will support delivery for content onsite, managing and optimising site effectiveness across end to end customer journeys. Alongside measuring the performance of content and site activation, ensuring continuous improvement and optimisation for existing and future activities.
A key area of this role includes suggesting and supporting delivery of onsite improvements to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction through curating content accurately and effectively. You will support delivery of the planning of the E-Commerce execution and the actual execution of the customer and trading plan, campaigns and category priorities.
You will work closely with the Marketing, Category and Brand Growth teams to understand the strategy, trading priorities and growth levers, ultimately supporting delivery of these. You will have evidence of effective, data led prioritisation and managing competing demands.
An important part of the role includes working and influencing with stakeholders across Customer & Trading teams to maximise trading performance.

Essential skills/experience you’ll need
● E-Commerce experience - understands how to influence conversion, traffic and AOV through multiple digital and trading functions
● Numerate and strong data-analysis orientation
● Commercial acumen.
● Content & Site Effectiveness - briefing and activating campaigns and customer / trading priorities, customer journey improvements
● Planning and campaign management, understanding and managing the end to end process and critical paths
Desirable skills/experience you may have
● Using Content Management Systems
● Adobe Analytics and Content Square Proficiency
● SEO Content Experience
● Influencing skills. Ability to build strong Stakeholder relationships
