
About the role
We have an exciting opportunity with a brand new role to join Dishpatch as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, reporting into the CEO of Dishpatch.
Waitrose & Partners recently acquired Dishpatch, the meal-kit delivery service that provides restaurant-quality home dining made by some of the UK’s leading chefs.
So, what is Dishpatch? Dishpatch replicates a restaurant experience without leaving the house with chef-prepared dishes. Customers can choose from over 30 Dishpatch menus delivered to their doorstep nationally on Fridays – perfect timing for an indulgent weekend meal! Unlike other meal kit companies, Dishpatch’s dishes come pre-prepared with only a few simple steps to finish and serve, truly taking the hassle out of high-end home dining for our customers.
As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for planning, implementing and optimising digital marketing activity for Dishpatch across our digital marketing channels (predominantly paid social, CRM and others) to drive new and existing customer growth.

Expected salary - £55-000 - £65,000- (Depending on experience)

Interviews: 2 stage interview process, 1st stage likely virtual and 2nd stage in person

Location: Hybrid - a mixture between our Dishpatch base in North Greenwich, London (likely 1-2 days per week) and home, with occasional travel to our Bracknell Waitrose head office campus

Performance marketing

Skill and expertise required, before starting the role, in delivering digital marketing channels to drive business performance and deliver against KPI’s. Direct, hands-on experience required in Meta campaigns setup & optimisation, with the aptitude and ambition to develop into other channels whilst in the role (Affiliates, Google Adwords, Pinterest, TikTok etc)

Essential skills/experience you’ll need

Hands on experience in meta campaign setup, management and optimisation

Deep experience working with creative teams to develop performance creative

Strong understanding of overall and channel specific marketing KPIs

Hands on experience with Google Analytics

Good commercial awareness with accurate forecasting and cost control

Successfully managing multiple stakeholders at senior levels, and excellent influencing skills

Ability to balance between customer insights and commercial outcomes
Desirable skills/experience you may have

Understanding of latest trends in Paid Social creative

Understanding of latest trends in Meta account setup and management

Hands on experience in CRM campaign setup and management, including audience segmentation and lifecycle emails

Hands on experience in other digital marketing channels (Google, Affiliates, Pinterest etc)

Understanding of attribution modelling

Hands on experience in other web analytics tools
