As a Customer Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face of John Lewis. Building rapport and guiding our customers through our amazing range of products, you’ll help them find exactly what they need. It’s a busy time of year and even during quieter periods you’ll use your initiative to ensure the shop floor is always ready.
