Our way of working

We always prefer to recruit candidates direct to our business and believe in promoting from within whenever possible. That is why we have a dedicated in-house recruitment team to handle the needs of the Partnership when it comes to bringing in new talent to our business.

Preferred suppliers

However, now and again, we may need help from recruitment agencies to support us in what we are looking for. We have a Preferred Supplier List for all of our agencies and can only work with those on the list. We’ve worked hard with them to build world-class relationships and we make sure that this is based on trust and respect.
