To work as part of the hotel team to deliver and maintain a first-rate guest experience through the focus on the delivery of market leading customer service. To add value to the efficient and profitable running of your hotel in order to achieve your business and personal objectives, along with those of your team and the hotel.
In addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract Night Premium at a rate of £3.50 per hour. This will also apply to existing Partners who have enrolled onto Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements.

This is a dynamic, customer-facing role where you will be an integral part of the hotel team, focused on delivering a first-rate guest experience. You will work across various areas of the hotel, ensuring the efficient and profitable running of our lodges.
As a Hotel Leisure assistant you will deliver a first-rate guest experience through market-leading customer service and contributing to the efficient, profitable running of the hotel. This involves working across the restaurant and bar to achieve sales targets, performing kitchen duties including food preparation and cooking a small menu while adhering to food safety, and carrying out physically demanding 'behind the scenes' housekeeping tasks. You will be self-motivated, flexible, and committed to continuous learning and supporting all areas of the hotel as needed.
Pay Rate - £12.40 per hour

Hours - Part time (14.25hrs Average Weekly Hours) Friday & Saturday 17:00-22:00, with alternate Tuesday & Sunday 17:00-22:00
