Portrait of a John Lewis Employee

Waitrose & Partners prides itself on being different. Our intention is to combine the convenience of a supermarket with the expertise and service of a specialist food shop. Add this to our unswerving dedication to our customers and the highest respect for our suppliers (the provenance and traceability of our food is vital) and, of course, the environment and you can start to see we’re a bit more than ‘just’ a supermarket.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Waitrose Marketing team as a CRM Campaign Analyst, reporting into our Senior CRM Campaign Analyst.
As we transform our approach to CRM we are looking for someone to support with the activation of first party data across our channels. The successful candidate will be analytically minded, co-create campaign selections alongside our CRM managers to enhance our targeting and communication strategy as well as digging deep into the data to get insights that will drive improvements across our campaigns.
This role will work closely with our data, insights and analytics teams to ensure gold standard measurement across our CRM activity and be able to bring their specialism to provide recommendations both to campaigns and to wider CRM strategy.
This role will incorporate audience building for digital and social channels as well so an understanding of digital advertising is desirable.

In addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract Night Premium at a rate of £5.25 per hour. This will also apply to existing Partners who have enrolled onto Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements.
