At the John Lewis Partnership, we believe that food isn’t just about sustenance; it’s about bringing people together. As a Team Leader Catering at our Waitrose & Partners locations, you will be a vital brand ambassador, leading a busy hospitality team to provide an exceptional dining experience for both our external customers and our internal Partners.
This is a "hands-on" leadership role where you will blend a passion for food with a sharp commercial eye. You will oversee the smooth running of our Partner Dining Room (PDR) and function services, ensuring every plate meets our high standards of presentation. Beyond the service line, you will manage the essential administrative "engine room"—from stock control and ordering to wastage management. If you are a supervisor who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced environment where quality and compliance are non-negotiable, we would love to hear from you.

In addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract Night Premium at a rate of £4.00 per hour. This will also apply to existing Partners who have enrolled onto Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements.
