A permanent opportunity has arisen to join us as a Brand Consultant Manager. In this exciting role, you will be the first point of contact for both shops and brands in relation to Brand Consultants (a non-Partner team of approximately 2,500 people) across our John Lewis branches. You will report into the Senior Brand Consultant Manager.
In this role, you will provide specialist knowledge in further developing and managing the day to day activities supporting the non Partner resourcing. You will manage the monthly payments and reconciliation to brands whilst supporting with queries and day to day operational performance. You will own the non Partner resourcing hub.
Using feedback from our shops and brands, you will amend and optimise the tools provided to support non Partners, including the JL service standards.
You will work across both internal and external teams to support all non Partner resources across our retail estate. You will work closely with the central finance team to facilitate John Lewis contractual agreements regarding non Partner Pay contributions.
In addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract Night Premium at a rate of £5.00 per hour. This will also apply to existing Partners who have enrolled onto Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements.

Working pattern/flexible working - The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach, meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business. The team aims for around 1-3 days a week in the office to connect and on a more ad-hoc basis to attend key meetings. There is also a responsibility to visit our suppliers and / or shops

Location - This role is based at our London Head Office campus in Pimlico. Please note, any cost incurred as a result of travel to the office is the responsibility of the successful candidate. There is no travel allowance for this role.

Manage the completion of annual pay contributions of circa £20m for Brand consultancy and the management of brand reps.

Accountable for providing the tools to ensure that non Partners can be upskilled in the JL service standards.
