Wellbeing Proposition Managers
By ensuring we take good care of our wellbeing, not only do we minimise the impact of absence, but we also ensure we’re protecting our future by looking after our biggest assets, our Partners.
From work-related health advice and guidance to fitness to work, physiotherapy to business-travel health and medical assessments, this team organise and raise awareness of the support available for all Partners. They’re made up of Wellbeing Practitioners, Support Specialists, Leads, Managers and more.

People Service Centre
The People Service Centre supports the whole of the Partnership providing administrative support for a whole range of People-related activities.
From Payroll, ensuring our Partners get paid accurately and promptly, to administering parental leave, retirement queries or jury service to name a few. Our remit is vast but tailored and provides great Partner support.

By joining us you’ll sit within the exciting areas of Strategy, Policy, Attraction, Sourcing and Hiring or Business Partnering.
