Engineering Analyst Vacancies
INNOVATIVE TECH DRIVING ALIGNED BUSINESS VALUE…
We constantly seek the latest technology to create the best experiences for our customers and Partners. The technologies we work with and the approaches we take are heavily influenced by our Engineers and Analysts themselves. They’re encouraged to bring past experiences to new projects and given the autonomy to choose what they think will work best for the task at hand.
As an Engineering Analyst, your requirements expertise and strategic vision are essential to this. You won’t just collect requirements; you’ll use your experience and collaborate closely with Engineers and stakeholders to define how modern technology delivers optimal business value, ensuring technical solutions are perfectly aligned with our goals.
How we work
Our Engineering Analysts work in a variety of domains across John Lewis, Waitrose, Financial Services, and Customer Loyalty. We work in both projects and product teams, and span the full development lifecycle from discovery to delivery. The tech stack we work with is complex; from digital platforms, SaaS packages and legacy systems which is why our Engineering Analysts are core to the delivery of our most complex solutions.
We adopt an Agile mindset and ways of working to ensure we are delivering value to the customer and getting continuous feedback to iterate accordingly.
We work in teams with different specialisms such as Delivery Leads, Project Managers, Product Managers, Software Engineers, Quality Engineers and Architects. Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills are therefore paramount to our specialism.
We have a very active analysis community; we share knowledge, skills and ideas, and support one another in developing and refining our analysis craft.
