Our driver trainee roles will provide you with the opportunity to learn from the best. During a 12-month training programme, you’ll learn a range of new skills such as safe handling and vehicle checking. These will allow you to deliver the seamless customer experience we always strive for.
As a trainee driver you’ll be responsible for loading your delivery vehicle and getting goods to customers on time. Great communication with both your team and the customer is vital in this role.

The Partnership has a Defined Contribution pension scheme where your contributions will be matched by the Partnership (up to 8% of pay) and, after three years’ service, you’ll receive an additional Partnership contribution of 4% of pay, regardless of whether you pay in or not.
