About Waitrose supermarket jobs

When you join our Waitrose supermarket team, you’ll help us to deliver a shopping experience like no other.

So whether you’re working on the checkout, restocking the shelves or showcasing fresh produce – you’ll inspire customers with your passion for great food.

Pension

The Partnership has a Defined Contribution pension scheme where your contributions will be matched by the Partnership (up to 8% of pay) and, after three years’ service, you’ll receive an additional Partnership contribution of 4% of pay, regardless of whether you pay in or not.
