As an IT Partner in our John Lewis & Partners head office, you’ll join a dynamic and supportive team of technology experts. Based in London, you’ll most likely focus on our John Lewis & Partners brand but also work closely with our Waitrose & Partners digital team, who are in Bracknell.
From helping to create innovative new software to fine-tuning our e-commerce functionality – there are many exciting roles within the team.

The Partnership supports flexible working, such as when, where and how you work. Working flexibly may mean different things to help with your own work-life balance. For example, it might mean flexible or compressed hours, job sharing or shorter hour contracts. You’ll have the opportunity to discuss this further with the hiring manager during your interview.
The Partnership has a Defined Contribution pension scheme where your contributions will be matched by the Partnership (up to 8% of pay) and, after three years’ service, you’ll receive an additional Partnership contribution of 4% of pay, regardless of whether you pay in or not.
