With all of our chef jobs, you’ll be given a clear development plan to improve and expand your skillset in the kitchen. You’ll also receive full training and support from a close-knit team of colleagues.

The Partnership supports flexible working, such as when, where and how you work. Working flexibly may mean different things to help with your own work-life balance. For example, it might mean flexible or compressed hours, job sharing or shorter hour contracts. You’ll have the opportunity to discuss this further with the hiring manager during your interview.
The Partnership has a Defined Contribution pension scheme where your contributions will be matched by the Partnership (up to 8% of pay) and, after three years’ service, you’ll receive an additional Partnership contribution of 4% of pay, regardless of whether you pay in or not.
