As part of your Induction and Onboarding, you’ll meet with your people manager to discuss the Earning Membership process in full. This will be an opportunity to share any resources with you that you might need in order to successfully pass your Earning Membership journey, as well as provide you with an opportunity to seek clarity of things like the Basic Expectations for your role and our Partnership Behaviours.

You’ll have a Check In with your people manager around day 30 to discuss how your first month has gone so far including how you’re contributing in your role, and what your goals are for the weeks ahead. You’ll also have the opportunity to reflect on feedback from your buddy to support you in maximising your contribution.

As you reach day 60 into your Partnership career, you’ll continue to Check In with your people manager with input from your buddy and your peers on how you’re contributing. It’s important at this point to be clear on anything you may still need to achieve prior to your 90-day review.

You and your people manager will meet to discuss your contribution over the last 90 days and, if successful, your continued membership in the Partnership will be confirmed. It is possible at this stage that your Earning Membership journey is extended by a further 30 days if there are still elements of your contribution that require development.
