We are looking for  Partners to join the Home Service Family as Windows Estimators in the Newcastle.

Salary: £24,400 - £34,500

Contract type - Permanent and Temporary

About the Role

As a Regional Windows Estimator you will be taking measurements in the customer's home, providing quotes to our customers. After providing your quote, you will use your exceptional selling & service skills to convert the quote into a sale. You will focus on engaging, inspiring and delighting our Customers in delivering a market leading customer experience. This is a fully mobile role where you will be driving between our John Lewis branches, Service Buildings in your region and our customer homes. You be provided with a Partnership van

Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • To deliver customer satisfaction by providing accurate measurements and estimates

  • Resolve customer queries or complaints at the first point of contact

  • To be a brand ambassador by delivering a warm and friendly customer experience that is unrivalled in the marketplace

Essentials skills you’ll need

  • Full clean driving licence

  • Customer facing and selling skills

  • PC skills & smart phone
