What you'll be doing:
Achieving productivity and customer service levels whilst ensuring the department is cost effective
Determining the future of the Warehouse to meet the growth requirements of the business
You will be responsible and accountable for Goods In to Goods Out ; Stock Control and accuracy of the warehouse operation
Managing the RDC in the absence of the General Manager and Warehouse Operations Manager
What you'll need:

You will have strong organisational and planning skills
PC and numerically literate

Able to accept, adapt to and manage change
Is able to make critical time pressured decisions with the assimilation and interpretation of data quickly
With Senior management experience of managing large teams preferably in a FMCG company
Experience working in a management role in Distribution / Warehouse environment with knowledge of working with warehouse management systems
Extensive knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
Experience of dealing with full disciplinary procedures according to ACAS guidelines
