Duties & Responsibilities




Home Services - the joining of Opun & Home Solutions, is at the forefront of addressing our changing customer propositions in addressing our customer home needs. Offering services from bathrooms and kitchens to lofts, this new venture demonstrates the commitment of Home Services in delivering the very best for our current and future customers.

This role specifically leads the development, execution of the annual marketing plan and reporting on all activity for Opun and Home Solutions. Strong emphasis on Performance Marketing ensuring all activity aligns with agreed marketing strategy and market positioning in a way that achieves agreed commercial targets.

Job Requirements

> Develops a digitally focused customer acquisition strategy across all digital channels including Paid Search, Organic Search, Paid Social, Affiliates and Programmatic.
> Creates meaningful and impactful events that drive sales, brand awareness, customer loyalty, and acquisition and foster strong branch relations
> Responsible for researching and developing effective relationships and partnerships that will help increase both awareness and conversion for Opun/HS (e.g trustpilot, Next Door, etc). Account managing the day to day relationships of strategic partners.
> Is able to seek out and deliver a pro-active PR Strategy which will include the strategic use of social influencers to drive awareness of the HS/Opun brands
> Manages central marketing plan and holds regular review meetings with wider marketing team to maximize campaign effectiveness by ensuring an integrated, multi-channel approach.
> Ensures Product Owners / Commercial team are engaged and aligned to all marketing activities
> Owns and manages a roster of marketing and media agencies
> Develops strategically aligned creative & media briefs with clear campaign objectives.

Required essential experience skills and qualifications

> Leadership capability to drive high performing teams. Can mentor and develop a team with different levels of experience
> Significant experience in developing and executing a performance marketing strategy
> Strong experience and understanding of the principles and disciplines of Performance Marketing, including (but not limited to) SEM, Affiliates, Display, CRM.
> Experience implementing highly technical and analytical approaches to performance marketing channels
> Clear understanding and demonstrable experience of working with internal stakeholders to execute and measure a digital engagement strategy to achieve commercial objectives
