What will you be doing?
As a Visual Merchandiser at John Lewis Horsham you’ll be joining at an exciting time for the shop, as we create the future look and feel of John Lewis.
Your creativity and passion will enable you to cultivate inspiring displays that will not only drive sales but inspire joy in our customers. That might be styling mannequins, dressing windows or internal creative treatments and lifestyle merchandising directly on the shop floor.
This is both a customer facing and operational role where the creative and commercial eye of our visual merchandising team is integral to creating a shopping environment our customers love.

Will I receive training?
Training will be focused on developing your existing visual merchandising skills and experience. This will include digital learning and on the job training to ensure you feel confident and supported in your new role.
Essential experience & skills
-Visual Merchandising experience in a retail environment
Desirable experience skills and qualifications:-Qualifications in Display or Design.
