Our Financial Services team is responsible for a distinct and differentiated set of Financial Services products with significantly accelerating growth which means there has never been a more exciting time to join us.

We are looking for various roles within our newly formed (and growing!) CRM team. We are looking for people who can:

  • be passionate about customers and data, and be a champion of personalisation
  • create e-mail, direct mail and push marketing campaigns to engage and enrich our customer database
  • demonstrate ambition to increase Customer Lifetime Value by delivering personalised customer lifecycle journeys

The roles we have available are:

  • CRM Lead - £69,300 - £106,900
  • Senior CRM Manager - £53,000 - £80,500
  • CRM Manager - £42,000 - £63,000
  • Senior CRM Executive - £33,000 - £49,500

You will be joining one of the most important areas of our business as we look to diversify and grow our revenue outside of our core retail brands. We have a start up environment working at pace and in an agile way with over £50m investment planned for 2022. The Partnership supports agile and flexible working practices, such as when, where and how we work. Head office areas also support a blended working approach and in this role you’ll mainly be home based. You'll have the opportunity to discuss this further with the hiring manager during your interview and, where it is operationally practicable, they'll do all they can to accommodate your needs.
