As UX Research Manager, you will inspire and lead a team of UX researchers working in an agile/lean collaborative culture, who are both part of the wider JL Insight Research Practice and integral to the ongoing development of UX/UI capability across the Division.
A key part of the role includes developing and executing a UX research strategy and playing a key role in informing and inspiring the user experiences we create, ensuring they're useful, usable and valuable for customers through the application of a variety of UX research methods and techniques.
You will provide the objective voice of UX research to key stakeholders at both strategic and operational levels through the demonstration of advanced UX research capability. Alongside, collaborating and working closely with other UXers, designers, product owners and engineers across the Online Product team and more broadly with other business areas in John Lewis Partnership.
This role is key in instilling a culture of customer-centric thinking within Product teams, cross-functionally and throughout the wider business.
