Hours of work: 14:00 to 22:00 on a rolling 5 from any 7 day rota.
What you’ll be doing:
Maintaining full compliance under current EU driving regulations and the Working Time Directive
Ensuring achievement of productivity targets, agreed key customer service levels and key performance indicators within cost targets
Ensuring health and safety procedures are adhered to. To ensure Partners are treated fairly and with respect
Deputising for the Transport Section Manager in their absence
Managing the general office and associated areas whilst ensuring good housekeeping and standards of tidiness are maintained
What you’ll have:
Be results orientated and deadline driven
Be self motivated and proactive in approach
Has a good degree of literacy and numeracy
Good PC skills
Is logistically minded
Works well under pressure
Has good communication skills
Ensure departmental & Partnership processes complied with.
Is reliable and punctual
Understands the basics of Health and Safety procedures
Supply Chain experience Transport /Warehouse Office experience
What else you may bring:
Good working knowledge of IT systems
( Email / MS office / Paragon )
National CPC qualification
