Duties & Responsibilities

The role of the Transport & Customer Service Manager is to lead and develop a team of partners in delivering an excellent customer experience, contributing to a safe, legal and profitable operation. Create an environment where partners find worthwhile and satisfying employment, promoting a culture of continuous learning and delivering an outstanding Partner experience.

Job Requirements

Contributes to a high performing site culture and leads by example, guiding Partners to embrace teamwork across the site. Through role-modelling excellent service, proactively support Partners to become brand ambassadors, unlocking the advantage of the Partner difference.

This role encompasses 4 Assistant Section Managers and a team of Partners covering Customer Service, Transport Compliance, Fleet Management and Driving Partners.

Required essential experience skills and qualifications

Experience in a large team, management and Customer service, confident in all google suite tools e.g sheets and reporting functions

Required desirable experience skills and qualifications

Practical safety risk management course

CPC qualification

Experience in a large transport management and customer service role

A good understanding of Transport Health and safety legislation
