37.5 hours per week, over a 5 week rota.

Shifts include 06:00 - 14:30 and 14:00 - 22:00 and includes Saturdays.

Duties & Responsibilities

In this role you will lead a seamless end to end process by managing and directing the multiple operational functions of a Customer Delivery Hub to exceed the Partnerships expectations. You will embrace and inspire co-ownership when coaching and developing a team of Partners in order to continuously achieve and improve all relevant KPIs to maintain the loyalty and trust of our customers.

You will manage the legal transport compliance regulations for the Customer Delivery fleet and the general administration function for the site.

Job Requirements

Working within the Section Manager team, you, as Transport and Administration Manager, will specialise in the following areas:
● Managing legal Compliance regulations for Customer Delivery fleet
● POs / Finance
● Use specific systems for Customer Delivery Admin Management
● Support Drivers with issues identified out on route
● Manage consumables
● Site Audits
● Management & analysis of site reporting and trackers
● Achievement of KPIs

Required essential experience skills and qualifications

Experience:-
Customer Delivery Teams, counterpart Section Managers within Customer Delivery Hub and National Distribution Centres, Business Protection, stakeholders within selling branches, Personnel, Partner Voice & Forum

Required desirable experience skills and qualifications

Qualifications:-
UK Driving Licence
Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) in National Road Haulage
Knowledge of transport operations and legal compliance


Experience:-
Duty manager, key holder for a site , risk management (e.g. health and safety, seasonal planning), organisation & planning, leadership skills, coaching & feedback, stakeholder management, managing and leading a team, working in a customer focused environment, communication skills - verbal and written, IT Skills (Microsoft office/ Google Docs etc), warehousing experience.
