Duties & Responsibilities

As a Technical Training Specialist, you will provide a high quality service to our branches, ensuring that their operational needs are fully met. You will be the functional expert within Retail for all of our branch systems, producing and delivering engaging and compelling documents and training resources to deliver outstanding service to our Partners and the business.

You will gather insight and data to provide ongoing recommendations on areas which require new or ad-hoc learning interventions. You will support branch Partners and drive continuous improvement with technical learning. You will produce engaging systems training material and resources, ensuring it supports the development of Partner learning and capability.


Job Requirements

Maintains the technical training resources for our branch Partners, ensuring that they meet the needs of customers and stakeholders. Ensures resources are compliant with processes and procedures.
Works with stakeholders to ensure branches receive materials to support upcoming projects or systems implementations which will impact on training programmes and act as their key point of contact for system related queries.
Works with Operational Support Desk (OSD) and Retail Support to provide functional expertise on training needs relating to branch systems.
Manages the ongoing maintenance of technical training content, ensuring it is relevant, fit for purpose and engaging.
Contributes to compliance and best practice by ensuring key messages within training resources are delivered to shops effectively
Champions continuous improvement to drive efficiency and productivity.

Required essential experience skills and qualifications

· Detailed knowledge of branch systems and processes, and an understanding of their operating procedures.
· Experience creating and delivering training materials
· Confident using Microsoft programmes, especially PowerPoint

Required desirable experience skills and qualifications

- Great communication skills.
