We have an opportunity to join our Digital Marketing team as a Technical SEO Manager. Planning and supporting the delivery of our SEO Strategy; driving its implementation and optimisation across John Lewis & Partners’ offsite and on page architecture.
We’re heavily investing in how we can reach more customers, and with John Lewis being a 60% online retailer, SEO is at the forefront of ensuring we fulfil this objective. We’ve committed over £1bn to accelerate our online business, making it easier for our customers to shop with us, and ensuring that we’re in the right place, at the right time for our customers.
In this collaborative role, you will support the continuation of our Technology Road map and SEO Strategy: Combining a clear vision and understanding of SEO across all of our Online Selling functions; effectively using all aspects of SEO to drive market share and cost-effective sales whilst ensuring that our brand image is accurately reflected in our marketing activity.
Representing and influencing SEO requirements across our campaign projects, ensuring implementations are SEO friendly, and that SEO will benefit the project. You will deliver robust solutions to capture insights and analyse results and build our automated reporting; cascading knowledge throughout the Partnership and demonstrating the omnichannel value of SEO to our wider stakeholders and Partnership.
You will effectively line-manage a small team of SEO Executives; creating conditions for them to thrive and deliver a strong contribution to fulfil their potential and deliver the objectives of SEO and the wider Partnership. Celebrating the value that different life experiences brings to the Partnership and how this contributes towards less-biassed and smarter decision making.
