Duties and Responsibilities:

As Partners - members of the Partnership - it's our responsibility to ensure our success for the future. We proactively seek out opportunities to continuously improve the way we work, taking action to ensure the Partnership is efficient and we are all as productive as possible. It's an ethos each and every Partner works by and you'll carry into your own role too.

Taking full responsibility for motivating and leading your team, you'll deliver our John Lewis Food offer with a clear focus on sales, service, food safety, and cost control.

Job Requirements:
You'll manage and mentor your Partners to be the best they can be. Your passion for selling will enable you to develop and coach Partners whilst delighting our customers.

You'll have strong leadership and communication skills which you'll get to showcase when you are required, on occasion, to take on the responsibility of Duty Manager and Deputy Head of Branch.

Desirable experience skills and qualifications:
- Retail Management or front line customer service management.
- Stakeholder Management,
- Project Management.
