Whatever they choose to do, they will always be hungry and looking to take advantage of the high quality and creative food and refreshments on offer.

What you can expect in this role?

As a Team Leader, you’ll be organising, and supervising Partners in your team both as an active member of the team and through shift/rota planning, holiday cover and other administration tasks,  to make sure that we are offering high quality customer service to our guests and maintaining the high standards associated with the hotel. Hygiene and food safety must be complied with at all times and you will be responsible for ensuring that all team members do the same.

The role will offer you opportunities to display your talent, people management skills and knowledge of running a successful front of house team. It will also provide you with development opportunities and the progression routes through being the first point of contact to resolve guest queries and acting as Duty Manager as required.

What do you need?

Hospitality is an ever changing environment with a real focus on great customer service and providing an experience for our guests. This is achieved through each Partner being motivated, creative and great teamwork.

  • Relevant and proven experience in supervision of Food/Beverage service and Event operation of mid-scale Hotel at least at VisitBritain 3* standard or equivalent.

  • Proactive

  • Competent in IT systems and able to use standard software.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • meticulous attention to detail.

  • Certificate in Food and Beverage Service

  • Level 2 Food Hygiene

  • First Aid at Work
