What you'll be doing:
You will collaborate across the Supply Chain and pan-Partnership, with Trading, Merchandising, Finance and Procurement teams, leading on the creation of a commercial narrative, supported by reporting and data.
You will make a critical contribution to the efficient and effective running of the Partnership Supply Chain by taking a lead role in planning for events, such as peak annually and Brexit, and exposing the commercial implications of activities to ensure costs are controlled and where possible reduced.
Through the translation of financial forecasts into operational budgets you will drive an efficient Supply Chain operation across all sites in the Partnership network.
You will maintain an external perspective of the retail supply chains, both GM and grocery, in order to identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency and productivity developments.
You will oversee the team of Level 7 analysts in the production of timely and accurate performance reporting.
What you'll have:
Proven working experience in a Supply Chain or other complex environment, applying exceptional problem solving, numerical skills and commercial acumen to deliver quality insight and analysis
Experience of working with a range of stakeholders across a variety of functions and levels
