What’s the role about?
The Senior UX Researcher plays a key role in informing on and inspiring current and new user experiences. Ensuring they’re useful, usable, and valuable for our customers across different business areas.
This role is responsible for understanding end users through proactively and reactively conducting UX Research (using a broad range of research methods) which informs the design process from the perspective of the end-user.
What will you be doing?
Carries out research across a range of platforms, products and services and identifies the right methodologies, tools and techniques to use at the right time to ensure agreed objectives are met. Responsible for managing a range of projects from discovery to finished product using a clearly defined process at each stage.
Take responsibility for actively engaging with change.
Autonomously managing all stages of the research process while applying appropriate UX methods as part of a user-centred design.
Gather, understand and interpret attitudes and behaviours of end-users in order to inform design, decision-making and product/service development.
What you'll have:
Working knowledge of UX testing kit and software.
Able to work in a lab and remote environments
Acting as consultant
What else could you bring?
Previous Consumer/Ecom experience
Set up of test equipment (laptops, devices,streaming, video capture) in challenging environments
Outstanding commercial acumen and experience applying insight.
