Duties & Responsibilities

The Online team at John Lewis is at the centre of new and exciting development for our brand and customers. We are using technology to innovate across our business and customer touch points inclusive of web, apps, store and customer services. We are rapidly growing our teams and are always looking for fresh digital talent to help us move forward.
We are constantly looking to push the boundaries of what we can achieve within the Paid Search team, and we are looking for someone who can help drive these exciting projects forward.

Job Requirements

As a Senior Paid Search Executive you will need to:
- Support the planning, optimisation and execution of the paid search strategy.
- Seek new ways to test and develop new initiatives that will realise improved performance now or in the future.
- Continually look to deliver, improve and understand best in class campaign execution. Test and learn to capture early competitive advantage.
- Use attribution techniques, ROI modelling, set and monitor bid rules to ensure campaigns that you are responsible for are optimised in the short, mid and long term.
- Contribute and support continual improvement in team perform of self and others, cultivating a collaborative and motivated team environment. Fostering a positive team culture.

Required essential experience skills and qualifications

- Paid search experience with demonstrable experience managing enterprise level accounts, bid optimisation tools and creating strategy
- Experience of creative thinking, delivering inspiring and relevant content whilst managing large data
- Knowledge of the latest developments within paid search

Required desirable experience skills and qualifications

- Strong online experience within retail
- Experience of acting as a consultant to stakeholders who need deeper understanding of the role of paid search
- Understanding of data feeds and tracking
