Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for developing and executing supplier funded marketing activity for Home and Services. Support the delivery of the marketing plan by leading various projects and working with key stakeholders in a matrix way.

Prepare rate card packages and develop exciting and collaborative marketing plans together. Manage campaign budgets and tracking of marketing spend. Create targeted and effective marketing activity to maximise ROI and report back to brands the performance of activity.

You will support the delivery and execution of the trade marketing plan, engaging stakeholders across all channels in order to deliver a seamless 360 omni-channel customer experience, which support brand, customer and commercial objectives.

Job Requirements

Supports the planning and delivery of the marketing plan.
Becomes a subject matter expert. Actively considers John Lewis brand values and commercial priorities in order to drive incremental customer, sales and profit growth. Proactively seeks out and builds relationships with internal channel specialists, in-house content and design teams, commercial counterparts and external agencies.
Delivers a consistent brand experience and positive commercial impact by collaborating with internal channel specialists, in-house content and design teams, commercial counterparts and external agencies.
Supports development of campaign activity by leading on allocated projects. Ensures briefs are rooted in customer insight, to ensure effective marketing campaigns and content delivered across all of the 360° marketing mix and customer touch points.

Required essential experience skills and qualifications

Marketing experience essential
Digital marketing experience preferred
Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder and project management skills
