What you’ll be doing:
You will be accountable for the end to end delivery of defined priority/brand/seasonal/trade marketing campaigns, leading the definition of the marketing brief including the responsibility for the performance of the 360 channel and media plan, message hierarchy, creative execution, all the way through to delivery of the campaign itself being on time and on budget.
You will build strong cross-functional relationships and collaborative ways of working with business / business owners to define the requirements and shape the marketing campaign strategy.
Lead the campaign team to influence and motivate team members and matrix teams to support delivery of the Marketing Campaigns. Understand and navigate the priorities and challenges faced by retail and commercial business units.
You will work closely with marketing channels, including above the line advertising, digital, social and targeted, use econometric and attribution modelling, GCI and Insight team to deliver a rounded view of the contribution to overall sales.
You will work with implementation leads across the business to ensure seamless delivery of campaigns in customer touchpoints, such as online, app and in store
You will be responsible for the writing of briefs, rooted in customer insight, collaborating with channel specialists to ensure effective marketing campaigns & content are delivered across all of the 360° marketing mix and customer touch points.
You will set and communicate a clear and compelling vision for the resultant customer experience in-store, online and across marketing channels including clear, trackable customer objectives that will enable success of activity to be evaluated.
You will work with the Planning team to develop campaigns that support the wider marketing plan.
You will provide clear marketing briefs and direction on channel mix to marketing teams - creating a mix which is effective in achieving the relevant objectives and takes into account channel requirement
What you’ll have:
Significant experience of marketing campaign management
In depth understanding and first hand experience of creating marketing campaigns and the role different 360 channels play, whether above the line including TV/AV, targeted, digital, social or owned / earned
Experience in leading large teams of direct reports
Management of large campaign budgets
Excellent senior stakeholder management experience
Experience in leading brand campaigns for a high profile, household-name brand
Good understanding of campaign measurement metrics, including Brand perception scoring, commercial metrics, NPS
In depth understanding of brand partnership campaigns and media sales

As Senior Campaign Manager in the Marketing profession, you will be accountable for the total campaign budget, campaign development, management and performance of brand marketing campaigns to address specific business or customer objectives. Your focus will be on driving short/medium/long term behaviour or attitudinal changes amongst our target customers through well-considered and effective use of marketing resources and investment. You'll be highly organised, adept in working with insight and customer segmentation, always with an eye on marketing channel effectiveness and driving outcomes across Customer and Marketing touchpoints. You will also be an experienced team leader, and able to lead a team of high performing campaign managers and senior campaign executives, managing their time, delegating tasks, developing and nurturing their talents.
You will have a thorough understanding of and a passion for marketing, championing the most effective and innovative marketing practice to meet and exceed objectives set. You'll have strong commercial acumen, natural ability with insight and data and work well under-pressure. Your ability to present with confidence at all management levels and strong strategic thinking will be regularly used when you interface with senior governance groups.
