Duties & Responsibilities

John Lewis Financial Services is a rapidly growing area of our business which is delivering strong results to the Partnership's financial performance. Our successful products include our competitive Foreign Exchange and Loans, as well as our Partnership Credit Card which is a significant player in the industry.

As the Senior Manager Product, Banking you will use your extensive commercial experience in Financial Services products to motivate and lead a team to deliver on our commercial targets. A strong track record of leading Profit and Loss delivery is a must have as this is an integral part of the role. You will be a brand ambassador who relishes the opportunity to lead on maintaining and building new and lasting senior relationships with all of our Banking product providers.

Required essential experience skills and qualifications

- Extensive Financial Services Product experience across Banking
- P&L responsibility and experience of leading Relationship Management with third-party Financial Services product providers
- Experience of managing large and specialist teams
- Network of contacts across Financial Services providers to support business development pipeline
- Business/Finance/Accounting Degree or equivalent
