This role is key to the e-commerce function in shops. Attention to detail is a must, as you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and legal operation. You will be a role model for customer service, using your coaching skills to support partners in delivering an excellent experience, providing timely feedback to aid in their personal development.
You will be focused on ensuring that driving Partners deliver excellent service, on time with a focus on their driving performance and support the management team in operating a safe and legal operation and fleet. You should use your knowledge and initiative to make decisions in the moment.
