Duties & Responsibilities

The John Lewis Partnership is more than it's high street branches, we like to offer our customers more than what they can pick up in store. One of these additional services is our John Lewis Financial Services, this includes our Partnership credit card, insurance, loans and currency services.

These services are going to grow and evolve in the future as they become more of a focus for retailers in a competitive market and we need a senior communications officer to help develop the strategy for this and to promote the services we can offer.

Job Requirements

As well as developing the strategy you'll be in charge of creating and delivering PR campaigns as well as reactive media enquires, customer service and issue management.

You'll need to be comfortable with financial services and be able to communicate complex issues in simple terms, removing the jargon to make it clear to all involved.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Financial services experience
- Issues managment experience
- Communications strategy knowledge

Required desirable experience skills and qualifications

- In-house communications experience
- Consumer brand experience
