What you’ll be doing:
Ensuring Partners are trained to an appropriate level to enable them to carry out standard operating procedures and deliver operational processes effectively and consistently
Ensuring all SOPs and training materials are reviewed and current
Acting as a role model for continual learning and self-development for Magna Park Partners, promoting knowledge, confidence and competence in all aspects of the warehouse Partner role
Working with Department Managers, The Planning Team, the technical development team and the support functions to create training material and update with new developments
Reviewing, updating and delivering Partner & Agency Partner inductions on campus, as well as new and existing development opportunities for Partners & Agency
Acting as a gatekeeper for those completing external qualifications. Eg. apprentices
Supporting the site in the successful delivery of its peak periods by coordinating and planning helping hands
Inspiring and motivating others to maximise their potential, through effective coaching and feedback
What you’ll need:
Confident use of Google Suite (Including Mail, Sheets & Slides)
Experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
A continuous improvement mindset
What else you may bring:
Previous training experience
Previous coaching experience
People management experience
Experience of working with a diverse team
Experience in writing and delivering courses at various levels

What’s the role about?
As Section Manager Training you will lead and motivate the Training team to provide a comprehensive training and development offer across the Magna Park campus. You will contribute to the planning and delivery of the site's training and cross training requirements in a structured and auditable way.
You will support the Magna Park site vision as well as the principles and values of the Partnership through consistent and excellent delivery of a first class training and development offer that continues to evolve with the needs of the operation as well as the Partner, Agency Partner and 3rd party demographic & skill set.
