Moving to alternating weekly shifts from October 2018 (05:45-13.45, 14:00-22:00)

Duties & Responsibilities

You will be responsible for training Partners within Roman and Roller Blinds, ensuring that they are able to meet the required performance targets in terms of quality, efficiency and consistency ensuring customer satisfaction each time.
Demonstrating a passion for self development and the development of others and preferably have experience in a training environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential to the role as well as the flexibility to change the working hours pattern to suit business needs.

Job Requirements

Responsible for instructing Partners in the correct method of work for each job and coaching them to achieve 100% performance whilst doing so. Training records should be maintained throughout and Partners should be aware of the stage they have reached and the progress they still have to make. Daily Partner performance sheets should be monitored and any necessary feedback and coaching given.
Ensuring that Partners fully understand and appreciate the level of quality that our customers expect and to encourage Partners to achieve this.
