This role can be based in London or Bracknell with travel to both sites required.

Duties & Responsibilities

The John Lewis Partnership Resourcing team attracts and sources top talent that will ensure the growth and success of our business. We are currently looking for an experienced in-house Recruiter to join our dynamic team, on a fixed term basis, delivering and attracting the best candidates for our Head Office function.

Job Requirements

You will be a proactive, forward thinking Recruiter with very high standards and you'll successfully manage specialist vacancies from end to end.

You will be highly effective in managing and building relationships with hiring managers across a breadth of levels, working to understand and deliver their resourcing needs and requirements.

Candidate experience will be extremely important to you and you will be passionate about providing a world class service, representing our brand to the highest standards.

Key elements of the role include taking role briefings with your hiring managers, understanding your business area, creating excellent job adverts, using Linkedin to headhunt top talent, working with our Resourcing Administrators to coordinate interviews and interview materials, managing the offer process and providing feedback to candidates

Required essential experience skills and qualifications

- Proven experience as an in-house Recruiter
- Confident user of Linkedin to effectively source talent
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders
- Experience recruiting across corporate functions
