Operating across London and the M25, as the Loft and Extension Surveying Specialist your primary responsibilities will be to complete site consultations to identify the most suitable solution for our customer's projects, and allow them to envision the potential.

Day to Day

● Understanding customer requirements, and translate that into a sketch to allow the customer to visualise their project
● Undertake a site survey whilst on-site which will include measurements, photo's and sketches of the proposed work, which will also assist to construct an estimate
● Identify any other issues with the proposed solutions to help the customer overcome these
● Understand the implications of health and safety regulations and demonstrate the awareness of these when talking to Customers
● Provide customers with additional information such as timescales, projects processes and other factors that may not have been considered
● Where appropriate, driving acquisition, up selling, cross-selling and customer retention
● Manage and support the customer, dealing with any questions they have around the estimate
● Work with the office based customer consultant to convert the estimate to the next stage of the process
● Be on hand as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for any request by customer or colleague

● Proven experiences of selling and surveying lofts or extensions.
● You must understand regulations, restrictions and laws that could affect the customers project and provide them with alternatives that meet their requirements.
● You can understand and translate customer requirements, whilst being confident on advising them on what is viable.
● You will have a good understanding of regulations, restrictions and laws that could affect the customers project and provide them with alternatives that meet their requirements.
● You will be organized, have exceptional customer service experience.
● Can work towards tight deadlines and multi task.
● You must also have a valid UK driving license.
